Michał Miguła

Michał Miguła – sociologist, social researcher, analyst, Head of the Strategy and Social Program Unit in Social Development Department City Hall of Gdańsk. Member of Gdańsk Strategy for Solving Social Problems Management Group, Gdańsk Public Benefit Works Council, Gdańsk Social Housing Program Management Group and other local experts teams. Co-creator of Gdańsk Operational Programs 2023 in the field of Social Integration and Civic Activity as well as Public Health and Sport. Currently co-managing the implementation of the Gdańsk policy in the field of public health, including mental health and addiction prevention, social housing and economic security. Cooperated with the Metropolitan Area of Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot in implementing the analysis of local governments budget expenditures using the Local Multiplier 3 method (LM3).
